316L Stainless Steel CZ Inlay Ring

A stone-set ring built on a 316L surgical-grade stainless steel body, developed for retailers that need jewelry to survive daily wear without fading or marking the skin. The band is CNC machined and mirror polished before PVD vacuum plating, a process that bonds color into the surface instead of laying it on top, so 18K gold, rose gold and steel silver finishes stand up to sweat, chlorine and perfume considerably better than conventional electroplating. Cubic zirconia stones are hand-set in prong, bezel, channel or pavé settings and inspected under 10x magnification for level, symmetry and security, with stone color and clarity matched within each batch so a retail card looks consistent. The steel base is nickel-free, and EN 1811 nickel release, REACH and California Prop 65 test reports are available on request. Sizes run US 5 to 10 in half steps, and an open adjustable band version is offered where one SKU has to cover the whole size range. Salt spray and artificial sweat testing can be run to a 48-hour program before shipment, and each ring is supplied in a ring box or header card with brand printing and barcode label.
